Retouching

Had an attempt at retouching as I haven't given it a go in a few months so thought i'd have a play around.

Used a different technique this time I started with the clone stamp tool to take away blemishes then used a very soft, low opacity brush and the colour picker to go over the skin.

Im happy with the lighter tones at the top but the darker ones on the cheek look too fake, but I am still kind of happy with it.

Fight Night

So last night we headed down to the dog track in Harlow to watch some of the guys from Team Titan compete in their first semi pro MMA bouts. Unfortunately there were issues with two of our bouts so one was cancelled and the other turned into an exhibition.

But the bouts we did compete in went in our favour! Juan Carlos Rios stopped his opponent via ground and pound in the second round and our trainer stopped his opponent via Von Flue choke 34 seconds into the first round!

Home Shoot.

So on my first day off in 3 weeks I met up with a friend of my Flo who models for me every now and then and decided to shoot some natural shots in my front room just as a bit of an experiment and to have a chin wag.

Shot on my 50mm 1.8 (soon to be upgraded :D ) with no flash just light from the window behind her and a window opposite.

Im happy with the results she works well with less posed work so I just let her do her own thing and I snap away and came out with two nice shots. For one of the shots she wanted me to make her legs a tad slimmer so I thought i'd give it a shot and the difference is noticeable but still looks real. I don't really want to get in a habit of retouching like this but I guess theres no harm in knowing it.

Will be shooting more stuff like this in the next couple of weeks with a few new models.

Excuse the picture quality took them on my phone.
